I first came to know of Dénia, Spain and the evangelical church there through their amazing volunteer program at Alfa & Omega in the summer of 2006. I was led to Dénia through one of my spiritual mentors, Adam Pardue, a minister who had brought his youth group to Dénia for various mission trips. As I searched for somewhere to serve and learn through mission work, he shared with me the story of a wonderful and flourishing church called Iglesia Evangélica Bautista de Dénia and an exceptional school called Colegio Alfa & Omega led by Jorge Pastor. I served as a volunteer and coordinator of the Volunteer group and an English teacher for two years.

I thank God for my time in Dénia, in that it formed me into the person I am today.  I have since led various groups and encouraged others to visit this blessed place and people. It is a both a privilege and a joy to be able to continue to serve Dénia through DBF.

I am a native Texan and now live in Waco, Texas, with my wife Ruth and three beautiful children, Lucas, Elisa, and Joanna. I serve as the Minister of Missions and Pastor of Hispanic Ministry at Columbus Avenue Baptist Church.
